A property evaluation, also called a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is a tool that real estate professionals
use to give sellers (and buyers) a quick picture of similar properties that are on the market, have recently sold, or have
expired.
Each portion of this data is useful in its own way -
On the market - Our 'competition', what your home will be competing against in the eyes of buyers.
Recently sold - What buyers are willing to pay for a similar property at this time, in our area.
You will also see how long the property was on the market and how close the property sold to the original list price.
Expired - This is what buyers are NOT willing to pay in the current market.
