My Biography
Growing up in a real estate family, I always enjoyed going on listings and showings with
my parents, John and Tonya Cozatt of Short Gap. Prior to joining Cozatt & Nabholz Real Estate, I worked as an administrative
support specialist in various local industries, including real estate. While living in San Francisco, California, I worked as an interior decorator. I am looking forward to applying my
knowledge and experience in home design to my real estate career. Together, we can make your home look great for open
houses and showings. If you are a buyer, I can help you discover the hidden potential in value-priced homes.
In my free time, I enjoy working on home renovation projects, vegetarian cooking, and reading. My husband Shawn and
I live in Cumberland with our seven cats.
